Black Oil Cake

Here's one of my favorite chocolate cake recipes, one that's been in my family for a long time. It's so rich and delicious, you don't even need to put anything on it to enjoy it. Best paired with a tall, cold glass of milk.

Black Oil Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa
½ tsp salt
1 Tblsp baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup oil
2 egg yolks

Preheat oven to 350°.  Beat all ingredients for 2-3 minutes with an electric mixer.  Add 1 cup boiling water and mix thoroughly with a spoon.  Put in well greased and floured bundt pan (I love Pam for Baking spray). Bake for 1 hour and cool for at least an hour before flipping out of pan.
