Blizzard of Oz

So, we've gotten a heckofalot of snow around here - enough to keep me home from work for a few days in a row, which was nice. We've been cooped up in the house while a blanket of white covers the outdoors, creeps up our windows, blocks our doors, and makes it almost impossible to get out of our driveway. We actually had to shovel a path in our yard, leading to a tree, so that our small, white shih tzu could do his business. So crazy.

Can't say we didn't have a lot of fun, though. Here are some cute pictures of Ellasyn. As I was posting these pictures, I noticed that she is in her pajamas in every single one of them. No shame here - if we don't leave the house, no sense in putting real clothes on!

At this point, it's stopped snowing, but the temperatures are plunging. I think it's supposed to be negative 10 today, so everything is covered in ice. Not sure if I will ever go back to work!
